Mocktail Jaillance signature by Juliette Cothenet
Ingredients
1 small piece of fresh ginger or a drop of ginger concentrate
1 level teaspoon honey
6 cl apple juice
8 cl alcohol-free bubbles Maison Jaillance
Recipe
In a cocktail shaker, crush the fresh ginger with a pestle or blend in ginger concentrate.
Add honey and pour in apple juice. Stir to dilute.
If using fresh ginger, strain through a small colander and pour the mixture into a stemmed glass.
Add alcohol-free bubbles and stir gently to avoid breaking the bubbles. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
Juliette Cothenet
To enhance the flavour of Bulles de Muscat, Jaillance has teamed up with Juliette Cothenet, France's Best Bartender (Scott Cup 2023). A graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse (now the Institut Lyfe) and the prestigious Harry's New York Bar, she approaches alcohol-free mixology as a fully-fledged area of gastronomy, using natural ingredients such as ginger and citrus fruit.
