This cocktail is made with Clairette de Die Doux from Maison Jaillance.
Ingredients
2 cl Grand Marnier
2 drops Angostura
8 cl Clairette de Die Brut Maison Jaillance
Recipe
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Grand Marnier and Angostura
Stir gently to cool the mixture
Strain juice through a small strainer to remove ice cubes and pour into a bubble cup
Add Clairette de Die Brut
Stir gently so as not to break the bubbles
Just a touch of orange!
