The Spritz is a must-have aperitif, but at Maison Jaillance, we love to add a touch of surprise: meet the Clairette Spritz, a French twist that truly stands out!

This refreshing cocktail is crafted with Clairette de Die Doux from Maison Jaillance. For a different flavour profile, you can also choose Clairette de Die Brut, depending on your preference.

Ingredients

4 cl bitter amer (Aperol type)

16 cl Clairette de Die Doux Maison Jaillance

1 dash sparkling water (at discretion)

1 orange slice

Recipe

In a large glass, add the bitter
Add 3 ice cubes
Pour in Clairette de Die Doux and a dash of sparkling water (optional)
Stir gently so as not to break the bubbles
Finish with a slice of orange for a final touch of freshness
Place a ½ slice of orange on the rim of the glass which you can also slip into your cocktail
