The creation of the Cave Coopérative took shape in the 1950s under the impetus of Henri Bonnet, when a group of winegrowers decided to join forces to promote the development of their production. It wasn't until 2001 that the Jaillance brand was born, enabling the cooperative to extend its influence and become a specialist in sparkling wines in France. Under its new name, the cooperative has set itself new ambitions: to offer a wider range of sparkling wines.
