Crémant de Die Jaillance

Originally, this sparkling white wine was made from a single grape variety: clairette blanche.

Today, aligoté and muscat grapes are also part of its composition, giving it fruity, light white flower aromas.

An Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1993, Crémant de Die is made using the traditional winemaking method, with two fermentations: the first in the vat and the second in the bottle.
