Jaillance's still wines from AOC Chatillon en Diois, Côtes du Rhône and Buzet offer an unrivalled palette of flavors. Each viticultural region brings its own distinct characteristics, which are reflected in the wines produced. Red wines from Chatillon en Diois seduce with their fruity intensity and supple mouthfeel. Côtes du Rhône reds, meanwhile, stand out for their complex aromas of red fruit, spices and garrigue. Red wines from Buzet offer good structure and silky tannins, accompanied by notes of black fruit and vanilla.

As for white wines, AOC Chatillon en Diois and Côtes du Rhône offer wines of great finesse, with floral aromas and freshness on the palate. Buzet white wines are characterized by a subtle balance between acidity and roundness, revealing exotic fruit and citrus flavors.
