Soil

The Châtillon-en-Diois vineyards stretch across the hillsides of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, between the Drôme Pre-Alps and Provence. It is one of the smallest appellations in France (40 ha in total).
This preserved terroir, both harsh and sunny, produces distinctive wines with delicate floral notes.

Breeding

On these small plots, the winegrowers take particular care in working the vines and harvest the grapes by hand.
