Soil

Benefiting from a mild oceanic climate and plenty of sunshine, the appellation Crémant de Bordeaux covers the entire AOC Crémant de Bordeaux vineyard. It was in April 1990 that this Crémant was recognized as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée.

Winemaking

For this Cuvée Icône Crémant, 36 months of ageing on laths were necessary to extract the finest aromas from the Cabernet Franc. This limited series, Icône, is without doubt the finest expression of Bordeaux effervescence.

This brut sparkling wine is vinified using the traditional method.
