65 % Grenache,20% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, 10% Vieux Carignan.

Soil

These red wines come from a vineyard located in and around the commune of Cairanne (in the Vaucluse department, on the left bank of the Rhône), facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. The vines are planted on stony, clay-limestone slopes with gentle exposure to the sun.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
