Soil

Located in the south-east of the Ardèche, between the Coiron massif and the Cévennes Ardéchoises: the Grès terroir.
Light soils, made up of sand and gravel, porous par excellence, they restore warmth and humidity to the vines, which take deep root in them. Viognier, our emblematic grape variety, draws its elegance and aromatic power from them.
