This fresh, sparkling cocktail subtly blends kombucha with ginger, agave syrup and Clairette de Die Doux. For the most adventurous, add a unique aromatic touch with rosemary smoke.

Ingredients
5 cl ginger Kombucha
2 cl agave syrup or cane sugar cane sugar syrup
7 cl Clairette de Die Doux Maison Jaillance
A sprig of rosemary
Recipe
Light the end of a rosemary sprig, place the glass upside down to catch the smoke
Gently blend ingredients one by one
Add Clairette de Die Doux
Mix again gently to avoid breaking the bubbles
Add a few ice cubes
Place the burnt rosemary sprig at the end of the sprig.
